Our next meeting is February 18, 2025 at 7pm.

We offer medical support, mental health support with a licensed therapist/clinician, and spiritual support. Discussion topics may include:

  • Understanding heart disease and cardiac surgical procedures

​

  • Physical exercise and heart disease

​​

  • Managing heart disease with mental and spiritual counseling

​

  • Generational effects of heart disease

​

  • Weight, nutrition, and preparing healthy meals

​​

  • How a support group of cardiac event survivors can help my own health
